Frequently Asked Questions And Ansures
What is Platformz? Platformz builds the connected operating infrastructure behind complex businesses. It connects existing systems, adds reusable applications, standardizes workflows, and creates role-based operating visibility. Is Platformz a software product? Platformz is not one rigid software package. It combines reusable foundations, client-specific architecture, integrations, applications, portals, data, automation, and operating services. What is a Blueprint? A Blueprint defines the business goals, current systems, users, workflows, data, portals, integrations, responsibilities, risks, target architecture, phased delivery plan, and early implementation range. Why do major projects begin with a Blueprint? A Blueprint prevents major implementation commitments from being made before the operating need, architecture, dependencies, risks, and responsibilities are understood. What does Due Today mean? Due Today is the amount included in the current Service Order. What does Not Charged Today mean? Not Charged Today identifies requirements you asked Platformz to review that are not included in the current charge. What does Estimate Only mean? Estimate Only is an early planning range. It is not a fixed quote, invoice, promise, or payment obligation. What does Optional Later mean? Optional Later is a possible future service that begins only after Platformz confirms the service, responsibilities, price, and start date in an approved Service Order. Are integrations individually priced on the website? No. Integration cost depends on provider access, data mapping, direction, frequency, history, security, testing, monitoring, migration, exception handling, and launch requirements. What does the client own? The client owns its data, brand assets, and customer-specific deliverables as stated in the agreement. What does Platformz keep? Platformz keeps its pre-existing frameworks, reusable foundations, methods, and general non-confidential knowledge. What happens when scope changes? Work outside the approved scope requires written review and approval before Platformz begins it. A change may affect price, timing, team, responsibilities, or acceptance. Does choosing a portal or integration add it to the amount due? No. Blueprint selections record requirements. They do not create paid implementation line items. Can I save a Blueprint and return later? Yes. Enter your work email to receive a secure return link. Can Platformz operate systems after launch? Yes. Managed Operations can provide setup support, shared administration, dedicated administration, pooled capacity, or a larger managed team after responsibilities and pricing are approved.
